CALL FOR PAPERS ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION PROGRAM INVITED SPEAKERS I2COMM MEMBERS

I2COMM 2010
In conjunction with IEEE LATINCOM 2010

The i2ComM 2010 is organized by the Mobile Computing Research Consortium from Colombia and will be held in Bogotá (Colombia), and this year the event will be part of the IEEE Latin American Conference on Communications (IEEE LATINCOM 2010).

i2ComM 2010 will bring together researchers, developers, and practitioners to discuss new ideas, problems, solutions, and experiences in the fields related to wireless mobile networks and computing. i2ComM 2010 will offer tutorials, plenary sessions, and panel session.

TOPICS OF INTEREST
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:
 
• Wireless Internet and AII-IP
• Next Generation Wireless Networks
• Ubiquitous Computing
• Multi-homing and Vertical Handoff
• Modeling and Simulation of Wireless Mobile Networks
• Context-awareness Services and Applications
• Wireless Mobile Applications and Services (m-commerce, m-ads, m-government, m-payment, m-entertainment, m-learning, m-multimedia, m-health, m-TV, mobile social networks)
• Security in Wireless Networks and Mobile Environments
• QoS Management in Wireless Networks
• Location-based Services and Tracking
• Urban Computing
• Mobile IP for IMT Advanced
 
All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. Authors' names must not appear in the paper or in the PDF file.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Papers must be submitted in IEEE conference style paper up to 6 pages long (including all text, figures, and references). All paper submissions will be handled electronically. Authors should prepare a PDF version of their full paper. Detailed instructions on the paper submission procedure will be available on the workshop web page - Open Conference System

Submitted papers must be written in spanish or in english. All accepted papers will be published on the Workshop proceedings, and the papers in english will be uploaded onto IEEE Xplore. Each accepted paper must be presented in the paper session, and one of the authors must be registered in the workshop.
